Service Charge or No Service Charge?
You can Avoid this Dilemma!
If you create a list of small jobs requiring my handyman services for 3 hours labor or more, you can avoid a service charge. It's not practical or efficient to go here and there to replace a light bulb, flip a breaker, reset a dreaded GFCI receptacle or replace a filter. I will do this to help you, but there is a better way. Schedule me to come out every month on a regular basis to maintain your investment.
If it is urgent or necessary and is less than 3 hours, a service charge should be expected. Smaller projects are filled with inefficiencies and require more travel, sitting in traffic, waiting in line at vendors and extra fuel cost (wasted time and resources).
NOTE: All after hours and emergency services will be billed at a premium rate, of time and half (1 1/2 hrs. per hr.).

STORM RELIEF-Guadalupe River, TX Area
We will be heading to Guadalupe River area (Kerrville, etc..) to assist with disaster relief from 24th-Aug 4th. Our plan is to assist with tree removal, general construction, debris removal and ministry. All money received will be given away, used for supplies and help with my minimal personal needs (hot dogs, lunch meat, fruit and fuel (truck & chain saw).
